The purpose of this study is to evaluate how OSI-906 compares to Topotecan in trying to slow down the growth and/or progression of the tumors of participants with relapsed or recurrent Small Cell Lung Cancer.

The purpose of this study is to enroll approximately 235 treatment-naïve subjects with high-risk Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). Subjects will be randomized 1:1 to R-CHOP plus enzastaurin or R CHOP (plus placebo during induction). All subjects will receive up to 6 cycles (3 weeks per cycle) of treatment. PET/ CT will be used to assess radiographic response at the end of treatment. Each subject's treatment assignment will be unblinded after initial phase of treatment. This phase II trial studies how well alisertib with or without fulvestrant works in treating patients with endocrine-resistant breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Alisertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Hormone therapy using fulvestrant may fight breast cancer by blocking the use of estrogen by the tumor cells or reducing the amount of estrogen made by the body.
