Image Analysis and Data Management
The Biomedical Imaging Resource Core offers a wide variety of services, tools, technologies and expertise related to image analysis and image data management.
The core has experience working with a broad range of clients, and tailors its image analysis and data management services to a client's particular needs. Investigators using the Biomedical Imaging Resource Core have image analysis requirements that vary from a few images to many 3D datasets. These investigators are conducting many types of studies, ranging from cross-sectional population studies to multiple time point longitudinal studies.
Data management services
- Data storage in excess of 30 terabytes.
- Redundant data, including RAID array technology and routine backup procedures.
