Research projects

The Multiple Myeloma SPORE supports three translational research projects:

• Project 1: Targeting Resistance to T Cell-Directed Therapy in Multiple Myeloma studies underlying mechanisms of resistance to T cell-directed therapies.
• Project 2: Multi-Omics of High-Risk Multiple Myeloma focuses on insights into biological pathways influencing responsiveness to therapy and subsequent outcomes.
• Project 3: Early Detection and Prevention of Multiple Myeloma Progression is developing a pathogenetic definition of multiple myeloma to better understand disease progression.
