This study tests the safety of a drug called SGN-CD352A, to find out what its side effects are. SGN-CD352A will be given every 4 weeks to a small group of patients with multiple myeloma.

The primary objectgive of this study is to determine the effectiveness of SAR442168 compared to placebo in delaying disability progression in primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS).

The secondare objectives are to evaluate the effectiveness of SAR442168 compared to placebo on clinical endpoints, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) lesions, cognitive performance, physical function, and quality of life; to evaluate safety and tolerability of SAR442168; to evaluate population pharmacokinetics (PK) of SAR442168 in PPMS and its relationship to effectivness and safety; and to evaluate pharmacodynamics of SAR442168.

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of bortezomib when given together with melphalan, and total-body irradiation before stem cell transplant and to see how well it works in treating patients with multiple myeloma. Giving chemotherapy and total-body irradiation before a stem cell transplant stops the growth of cancer cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. The stem cells that were collected from the patient''s blood or bone marrow are returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy and total-body irradiation.

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of ixazomib and to see how well it works when given together with pomalidomide and dexamethasone in treating patients with relapsed or relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Ixazomib may stop the growth of cancer by interfering with proteasomes (the protein breakdown mechanism in the cells). Pomalidomide and dexamethasone can modify and regulate the immune system and may stop cancer cells from growing. Giving ixazomib with pomalidomide and dexamethasone may be an effective treatment for relapsed or relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate a treatment regimen called IRD which will be given to participants after their stem cell transplant in an effort to help prolong the amount of time the participants are disease-free after transplant. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial difficulties experienced by patients undergoing treatment for multiple myeloma (MM) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It is composed of a patient survey (n=250), a physician survey (n=100), and a practice survey completed by each site enrolling patients onto this study. A subset of enrolled patients (n=35) will be invited to participate in an optional second telephone interview (Appendix D). This study will measure the prevalence of patient-reported financial difficulty, specific financial burdens and resources currently available to patients and from practices to assist with patient financial navigation.

The purpose of this study is to determine adverse events and change in disease symptoms of ABBV-383 in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) MM. ABBV-383 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R Multiple Myeloma (MM). This study includes 2 parts; step-up dose optimization (Part 1) and dose expansion (Part 2).
