The purpose of this study is to contribute to our understanding of variables related to a Workplace Violent Event (WVE) in the inpatient medical health care setting. This current research will help us understand the relationship of the patient, healthcare worker, environment and culture in the pre-assault phase of workplace violence.

   The purpose of this study is to identify and describe variables associated with pediatric workplace violent events.

• Violent Patient Simulation Drills to Enrich RN-MD Collaboration Rochester, Minn.

  The purpose of this study is to determine if interdisciplinary simulation training (IST) improves self-reported and observed RN/MD group cohesion and collaboration/satisfaction.
