Myocardial quantitative perfusion (MQP): A pilot study investigating clinical utility of a novel cardiac MRI (CMR) technique
Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate clinical feasibility of a new myocardial quantitative perfusion (MQP) sequence by assessing myocardial perfusion consistency (both resting and perfusion reserve), and to determine normal ranges for patients receiving contrast agent only for CMR (but not a vasodilator agent). Additionally, to collect subendocardial-subepicardial QP ratio in subjects who have no evident cardiovascular disease (CVD) on both clinical and radiological examinations, and agreement between qualitative assessment of myocardial perfusion and myocardial perfusion reserve in patients with suspected ischemic heart disease.

Automated 3-D Model Creation for Glenoid Bone Stock evaluation on CT Shoulder Exams
Rochester, Minn.
We hypothesize that an AI algorithm can automate the segmentation of the process to provide an initial contour for these structures that after inspection and correction if necessary, can be used to generate the VR renderings which would be:
- Less arduous than manual tracing by a 3D lab technologist
- Of non-inferior quality compared to manual segmentation
The objective of this protocol is twofold: 1) determine if the AI generated results are less arduous than manual tracing by radiology technologists and 2) determine the non-inferiority of the quality of AI vs standard of care manual segmentation. These aims will be evaluated in a clinical environment to investigate the impact of an AI algorithm on the clinical workflow.
