The Division of Orthopedic Surgery Research offers unmatched medical students a one-year unpaid research fellowship.

The Unmatched Medical Student Program is an opportunity to strengthen your CV for the increasingly competitive Orthopedic Surgery Match. Research trainees in this program have an opportunity to train under consultant mentors in the Division of Orthopedic Surgery Research. Research focus areas may include hip and knee; shoulder and elbow; foot and ankle; spine; hand; pediatrics; trauma; sports medicine; and oncology.
