Why evaluate?

To determine the impact that the Mayo Clinic CCaTS is having on health compared to other institutions in the national Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) Consortium, it's necessary to compare outcomes from the Mayo Clinic CCaTS to those from other CTSA institutions.

What's evaluated?

Outcomes data and epidemiological records are studied to determine the overall impact of the Mayo Clinic CCaTS.

How's the data analyzed?

The CCaTS evaluation team, which includes the director of evaluation and the Education Evaluation Subcommittee, designs the evaluations and collects, analyzes, and reports the data and results.

How are results used?

The CCaTS Executive Committee uses the results to make any necessary changes and adjustments to CCaTS.
