Benefactor-Funded Research Established-Investigator Career Development Awards

A gift from the Tianqiao and Chrissy Chen Institute has established the Tianqiao and Chrissy Chen Established-Investigator Career Development Awards in Translational Research. These benefactor-funded career development awards (CDAs) will support faculty members with established careers who are seeking to further advance their research pursuits into the field of artificial intelligence (AI). These awards aim to assist investigators to expand translational research into new forms of scientific discoveries and techniques using AI or different types of technologies.

Two awards of $150,000 a year for two years are available. The funding amount is the total for each year, including a 30% indirect rate.
